These Apple Cider Vinegar Gummies 1000 mg from NUFARGO are vegan, GF, and so very easy to take. I start my morning with a medication that has to be taken alone with water. After another hour, I start drinking unsweetened tea. When I begin to feel hungry, I take two of these ACV gummies. They settle my stomach and hold off the food cravings for a while. It helps me to do intermittent fasting and keep control of my weight. These contain "the Mother" which is preferred with ACV. They also have a good supply of B6, B12, folic acid and iodine. They taste great, and I feel good about taking them. Highly recommend!!
